Our liability is limited to the cost of the journey booked.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, missed flights, or missed appointments caused by unforeseen circumstances.
Personal belongings left in the vehicle remain the responsibility of the passenger, though we will assist in recovery where possible.
Vehicle types are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to provide an alternative vehicle of equal or higher standard if required.
Any complaints must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after the journey.
We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.
